We understand the challenge for individuals at the beginning or crossroads of their career path. People that are at the early stages of a career may be overwhelmed by their choices.
Do I go to college? Gain a certificate? Learn a trade? Join the military? Get a job?
People in career transition may be intimidated, apprehensive, or unaware of how to go about making a positive change. In many cases, uncertainty in deciding the next step is due in part to a lack of knowledge, skills, confidence, or exposure to the possibilities.
The Waterford Project provides a roadmap, support and resources tailored to the individual’s needs. Our methodology helps the individual gain awareness of their unique gifts, talents and capabilities, supports their decision-making and illuminates the right path.
